■ヴァレンタインデーについて考えてみた■

日本のバレンタインデーはユニークです。
2月14日には女性が男性にチョコを贈ります。
「義理チョコ」と「本命チョコ」があり、1ヶ月後のホワイトデーで男性がお返しします。
アメリカやイギリスでは、バレンタインはもっとお互いに贈り合うもので、カードや花、
ギフトを交換しながらロマンスを祝います。
日本のバレンタインはルールが多く商業的ですが、欧米ではお互いの愛に焦点を当てています。
英語を学ぶことで、こういった文化の違いを知り、世界がいかに広く多様かを感じられます！
今は英語のメリットがすぐに見えないかもしれないし、学ぶのが大変に感じる時もあるかもしれない。
でも、今の一歩一歩が将来、素晴らしいメリットを運んできます。
世界の多様性を知ることから、自分のチャンスが広がることまで、英語を学ぶ生徒さん達はは新しい扉を開いているんです。
だから、英語を学び続けていこう！努力は必ず報われるよ！
デパートの特設チョコ売り場でふとこんな事を考えました。
英語は細く長く学んでいくものだと思います。続けていかないとなかなか自分のものとして使うことができません。
今アクティメソッド浜松高丘校に通っていただいている生徒さんも、これから通っていただく生徒さんも
将来英語の恩恵をたっぷりと受けられるようにしっかりとサポートするぞ！と改めて誓ったのでした。

Valentine’s Day in Japan is unique—on February 14th, it’s all about women giving chocolates to men,
often with a distinction between “giri-choco” (obligatory chocolates) and “honmei-choco” (true feelings chocolates).
Then, a month later, there’s White Day when men reciprocate. In the U.S. and U.K.,
Valentine’s is more mutual—both partners exchange cards, flowers, or gifts, celebrating romance together.
While Japan’s version is more commercialized with specific “giving rules,”
the Western version keeps the focus on shared affection.
By learning English, we open up to these cultural differences—reminding us how big and diverse the world is!
You might not see all the benefits right away, and sometimes learning English feels challenging—but trust me,
every step you take now will give you amazing advantages in the future.
From understanding the world’s diversity to having more opportunities,
